Total control of the production chain is the distinguishing feature of Biorigin. As Zilor itself supplies the raw materials, the company ensures the traceability of the entire production process, from yeast production to the finished product, providing safety to the customers.
Another distinctive feature is the Pure Culture plant, the first in Brazil. It allows selecting of the best yeast strain for each product and maintaining continuous production, in addition to fully controlling the production process.Â
Biorigin has its own Research and Development Center, with three labs, a pilot plant, a highly-trained and skilled team, and state-of-the-art equipment for developing new products.Â
The company has partnerships with universities and renowned biotechnology research institutions in Brazil and abroad to test its products’ results, functionalities, and applications.Â
